The ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Outreach Team provides information about ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ to high school students and faculty, parents and the community. We are proud to share Columbia’s Mission of providing a supportive and engaging learning environment while helping students master skills, explore passions, attain degrees and certificates and pursue careers and transfer pathways.

We are dedicated to assisting all prospective students in accessing the many resources ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ has to offer by providing information and referrals that can help make the transition to college as seamless as possible.

Some of the ways we can help

Interested in a Campus Tour?


ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ offers guided campus tours given by a current Student Ambassador for prospective students and their families, school groups and community members. Guided campus tours are available during regular business hours by appointment only.  To schedule a tour, click the link below and allow 24-48 hours for a confirmation email or you can call 209-588-5111.

  • All tours begin at Manzanita Welcome Desk.
  • Allow 60-90 minutes for a tour.
  • There are some hills and steps, so please come prepared. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle, wear sunscreen, and a hat!

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ can send a team to your campus to assist all interested students apply for the the following:

  • ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Enrollment Application - ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ offers over 40 areas of study, including certificates, Associates Degrees and university transfer preparation, as well as, a broad range of Career Technical Training programs like Culinary, Fire Science & EMS, Automotive Tech & Welding, Child Care, Forestry, GIS and more. 
  •  - The Columbia Promise Program makes it possible for every qualified local public or private high school graduate or GED or CHSPE earner to attend ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ fulltime, tuition free, for two full years of consecutive semesters if they enroll in the fall semester immediately after graduation.The program service area includes high school graduates from Tuolumne County, Calaveras County, Amador County, Mariposa County, Oakdale and Riverbank
  • MEOC Assistance-  is a federally-funded program, sponsored through the Dept. of Education, that provides personalized transition services to students who wish to explore their options to attend ANY college/vocational program. Students who have questions about attending other colleges or trade schools are welcome to attend ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ application workshops.
